INFEASIBLE: Pea coats with so many buttons
We’re leaving summer soon, so I thought I ought to say something about pea coats, those comfy and wooly coats that are perfect for fall weather. Like most coats, they’re not worn to be showy, but for the purposes of insulation. So when you throw 10 buttons (I know you can only see eight in the pic, but another two lie in wait) on there, someone done fucked up. That and the collar is massive. Yuck, excess.
Feasible: Sparse and tight pea coats
This coat has only six buttons on it, an interesting little work on the upper chest, and looks like a tight fit. Not to mention, it’s not terrible expensive at Top Man. This will keep you warm and looking savvy.
